Our story thusfar...

Long ago in a distant land, I Aku, the shape-shifting master of…oh, my bad.
Long ago the four nations lived together in harmony, a balance carefully weighed by the Avatar, master of all elements: water, earth, fire, and air. Then one day, like a whisper, the thought entered Fire Lord Sozin’s mind that would throw the world into a state of war for a hundred years. With the coming of the great comet, the Fire Nation launched its attack on the other nations. But when they needed him most, the Avatar completely vanished and the world was helpless to the comet’s power.
The ambition of the Fire Nation took its toll, destroying the humblest family to the greatest city, leaving many homeless, widows, and orphans. Although many water and earth fortresses held their ground, so many more were conquered, and the Air Nomads were completely wiped out. What Sozin thought would help the world was tearing it to pieces. Then, when all hope seemed lost, like a star out of the vast darkness, the Avatar returned, but not as a fearless warrior. He came as a small boy of only 12 years old.
It appeared impossible, borderline madness, as the young Avatar prepared to face the new Fire Lord Ozai, but because of the determination of his friends and even former enemies, the corrupt ruler was taken from power, and peace among the four nations re-established. After Zuko, Ozai’s honorable son, assumed the throne, all efforts went to rebuilding what was destroyed by the war, and the nations have been slowly returning to their former balance for ten years.

The whisper of war, however, has become exceedingly restless…
