Plight of the Freedom Fighters is a fan comic I wrote and illustrated based off of Nick's Avatar the Last Airbender series. It tells what (may have happened to Jet, Smellerbee, and Longshot after they were last seen in Lake Laogai.

After much thought and death threats from the readers, I decided to continue with a sequel.
But, rather than picking up where an episode left off, the new story will be set 10 years after Aang defeats the Fire Lord and order is returned to the world. The Freedom Fighters have reformed into a working army, and have built the Hideout into a fortress/city in the trees. What happens there is yet to be revealed!
I'm hoping the second installment will be much more enjoyable and entertaining for you than the first.
A lot of the readers' input helped develop the sequel's concept as well, and it's the support of the fans that kept the first one alive.

Aiding me on my plight are three of my dearest friends here on dA:
- Assistant designer.
- Assistant writer.
- Editor.

NOW. Don't expect to see the first pages of PFF2 until after the end of ATLA Season 3. My team and I have much left to do!
Much of the pre-production sketches will be posted as we come up with them, but not enough to give away the many surprises in store for you!
